Since its founding in 1890, Telegraph Hill Neighborhood Center (Tel-Hi) has relied heavily on private donations to fulfill its mission as a resource of self-help and empowerment for low-income people who live and work in northeast San Francisco. Tel-Hi is a critical community resource for more than 500 low-income children, youth, families, and seniors who participate in Tel-Hi programs each day.
