Please join the Telegraph Hill Neighborhood Center (Tel-Hi) community for a fundraising dinner celebrating the “center” of the North Beach community. Food is an important part of any celebration so we are excited to offer guests extraordinary cuisine prepared by top San Francisco chefs from Kokkari, Piperade and Restaurant Gary Danko. In addition to fine dining, guests will enjoy a special presentation highlighting Tel-Hi’s impact on our community and silent and live auctions to support Tel-Hi’s programs. Starting at 6:30 p.m. guests will enjoy the live jazz music of Carol Peters and the Retrofits while sampling seasonal hors d’oeuvres by Kuleto’s Italian Restaurant. A live auction will take place during dinner. Prizes include a trip to London, a private cooking party with Mary Risley of Tante Marie’s Cooking School, exclusive, one-of-a-kind sports, entertainment, vacation packages and much more. All proceeds from A Taste of Tel-Hi support Telegraph Hill Neighborhood Center’s programs and services. Tel-Hi, founded in 1890, provides opportunities for individuals and families in the North Beach, Chinatown, and Fisherman’s Wharf neighborhoods to enrich their quality of life. Through its preschool, after school program, senior program, teen center, and community organizing activities, Tel-Hi serves 600 children, seniors, and community members each day. Reserve your place at A Taste of Tel-Hi: Celebrating the Center of the Neighborhood by printing out the ticket form linked below.
