Senior Program

Our program supports independent living, social engagement, and intellectual stimulation for seniors and the elderly. 
Program highlights include:

  • Nutritious hot lunch in our dining room Monday through Friday
  • Tai Chi classes Monday through Thursday and line dancing on Fridays in our gym
  • Other fitness activities and classes
  • Arts and crafts workshops
  • Computer lab and basic computer skills instruction
  • Special lectures and workshops of interest to seniors
  • Monthly blood pressure screening
  • Serves 300 seniors annually
  • Hours of operation: 9:00 a.m. - 1:30 p.m., with select programming in the afternoon
