Senior Program
Our program supports independent living, social engagement, and intellectual stimulation for seniors and the elderly.
Program highlights include:
- Nutritious hot lunch in our dining room Monday through Friday
- Tai Chi classes Monday through Thursday and line dancing on Fridays in our gym
- Other fitness activities and classes
- English as a Second Language (ESL) classes for English learners
- Arts and crafts workshops
- Computer lab and basic computer skills instruction
- Special lectures and workshops of interest to seniors
- Monthly blood pressure screening
- Serves 300 seniors annually
- Hours of operation: 9:30 a.m. - 1 p.m., with select programming in the afternoon
