Expanded Learning Program (grades 6 - 8)

Expanded Learning Program (ELP) is our free after school academic and enrichment program for students at Francisco Middle School. 
ELP supports learning and helps children develop skills for success.  Tel-Hi collaborates with Francisco Middle School to deliver services at the school site.  Program highlights include:

  • Daily homework time, including small group tutoring with teachers
  • Enrichment clubs allowing students to investigate cooking, biking/bike repair, dance, gardening, the arts, and more
  • Service learning activities allowing students to learn about giving back to their community
  • Staff support in Spanish, Korean, Tagalog, Mandarin, and Cantonese
  • Program is limited to 140 students
  • Program hours: 3:20 p.m. - 6:20 p.m.
