After School Academy and Summer Camp (grades K - 5)

Our After School Academy (ASA) program offers children homework and reading support, recreation and enrichment activities, and community service learning opportunities. The diverse group of neighborhood children who attend the ASA learn respect for all people and that differences create a richer community.  Our “Lower” program serves grades K – 2 and “Upper” program serves children grades 3 - 5.  Program highlights include:

  • Activities led by trained staff with support from volunteer tutors
  • Staff support for Mandarin, Cantonese, and Spanish speakers
  • Enrollment limited to 125 students
  • Financial help available for low-income families
  • California-licensed
  • Hours: 2 p.m. - 6 p.m. (school year) and 7:30 a.m. - 6 p.m. (summer and full-day holidays in the winter)
